Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Mix flour and water, adding water gradually, until left with a workable dough. Knead thoroughly.

  2. 02

Cover the dough and let rest for about 5 minutes. Add salt.

  3. 03

Separate from dough smaller portions and make into balls. Using a flat surface lined with flour, begin to roll out each ball into a flat piece of dough.

  4. 04

Place flattened dough on griddle and bake until tender. On a heated griddle, cooking only takes a few seconds. Flip-over and cook the other side for only a few seconds.

  5. 05

Remove from griddle and allow to cool. Fold and store.

Ready to serve

Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.

Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!
